Gymnasts have incredible balance, out-of-this-world flexibility, and add to that, they're deceptively strong. They are constantly training and working out because if they don't, they could get seriously hurt.

When these Russian gymnasts take the floor, they might look like a joke, but just wait until you see what they can do...
