Microsoft’s Windows 10 browser shown off in new video

Microsoft’s upcoming Spartan browser is due to take over from Internet Explorer in the Windows 10 Operating System. It was first revealed back in January but now we have a closer look at the new browser thanks to a leaked video, going over some new features.
Microsoft provided a demonstration of some features like Cortana integration and its new rendering engine but we haven’t seen much of the brower outside of that event. However, WinBeta managed to grab a copy of Project Spartan and made a demonstration of its own.

Cortana integration is still pretty similar to what Microsoft already showed off at the start of the year. The demonstration shows what data Cortana can pull up when visiting certain websites, such as retail opening hours and directions to certain locations.
Cortana is integrated in to the address bar too, this way you can type commands or ask the digital assistant for information with ease in the browser. Microsoft is planning on bringing the Spartan Browser to the next preview of Windows 10, which could arrive this month.
